I was going to write about having the theme to Top Cat stuck in my head (the gist of which is to repeat, in an insipid way with different words, that he is, in fact, the "top cat"; stupid Boomerang Channel), when I saw a post about this disgusting piece in Adbusters.

I have been having arguments on and off with Josh about whether the whole enterprise, very widespread in the Left these days, of blaming Iraq, Dubya's mistakes, et al. on the "neoconservatives" amounted to paranoid Buchananesque Jew-hunting. I was skeptical. Now I'm not so skeptical.

i think you're right on with this. until kalle lasn becomes a member of a peacemaker team, this kind of stuff does little good.
