I desperately need to know whether this surmise is true. That the reason McCain spoke in front of a green background in the most important speech of his campaign was that some dunderhead flunky googled "Walter Reed" and got a picture of a junior high school in California instead of the army medical center. Because if that's true, it's the single most hilarious thing to happen so far this millennium.

Really not that funny at all. It's just part of the plan the Republicans have for our economy; i.e., outsourcing everything for $0.50/hour to 12-year-olds in Bangalore who know how to do Google image searches but aren't culturally literate in American politics.
