So our house faces north at the middle of a T-intersection, so that looking out the window you see due north along the street. You can see Providence's one sort-of skyscraper, the Fleet building, about four miles away. At midnight they set off a bunch of fireworks downtown and we got a great view from our window. That was pretty nifty.
