sanpaku_backupI am sick sick sick with the ick brought back from Long Island. Mother-in-law was importuned to come up and help out, so she is here. Despite being sick, I went to Brown again yesterday and got a good 6 hours of research done, so that's good.
It's started snowing again -- we're supposed to get two snowfalls this week, and we've barely dug out from last week's. Stockpile that firewood. This makes up for the last two winters, which had hardly any snow at all.
Saw the plans for the Maine cabins that my father-in-law is considering. They look pretty nifty. Who knows how we will possibly put them together, but the fact that his imagination is into the thing is a good sign. There's a long history of things contemplated but not coming to pass in this family -- too early to say what will really happen.
