Just imagining that horrible Reagan face looking out at me from every $10 bill I ever get... It's like my worst childhood nightmare.

The article itself points out that for all of Ronnie's wacky-scary talk, he was too addled to really push the conservative agenda. The guys in now are actually a lot worse in that respect.

oh dear god. I flew into DC on the very day National Airport was renamed Reagan National Airport. Lots of happy air traffic controllers that day. You will notice that no one in the airlines says Reagan. Not when you buy your ticket, not when the flight attendant says "welcome to Washington National Airport." And that Federal building-- I can't remember if it gets its own zip code or not, but it is a full square block. Ugh. Why don't we just name the city Reagan, DC?

It's rare that I read a political argument that could truly pass for "moderate" -- most "moderates" I've met are just conservatives in disguise -- but this is one of them. A reasoned examination of a polarizing presidency. Thanks for posting..
